Steve is Deputy Head of Senior School, Head of Sixth Form at Kellett School, The British International School in Hong Kong. Since joining Kellett in 2013, he has set up a thriving Sixth Form with a challenging and thought -provoking programme based on A Levels and wrapped around a core aimed at preparing students for life in the mid 21st Century. Steve believes that wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do as educators and that we can help students to flourish by supporting them in developing a strong, appropriate academic profile alongside an irresistible personal profile. With this behind them, young people can move into higher education or a career as confident, thoughtful, caring, culturally sensitive and well-informed young people.

Steve has been a teacher and senior leader for many years and has previously worked in the UK, the Middle East and Asia where he established successful A level and IB programmes in several schools. He is regular contributor to conferences and workshops worldwide.
