We help students fulfil their potential. We’ll help you fulfil yours
Our customers are dreaming of a better and brighter future, through education. Our amazing team helps make their dreams a reality. Come and join us.
Work for customers. Work for good
Our mission is to remain at the heart of connecting people to higher education – and we’ve got everything in place to allow you to do your best work in helping us achieve that.
We want you to focus on customers, make things better, solve problems, learn, and innovate. Immerse yourself in a team who get their buzz from breaking down the barriers between ambition and achievement.
Benefits to you
Making great experiences for our customers is rewarding – but when you work here, there’s plenty more in it for you. We offer extremely competitive financial rewards, and much more.
As a champion of education and progression, we support our colleagues in developing both as professionals and as people. We run regular development academies right here, covering anything from developing wellbeing and resilience, to consultancy and leadership skills. For budding leaders, we have progression and leadership programmes, and there’s a dedicated budget for additional, external opportunities.
Getting the balance right
We value your wellbeing. Our culture promotes health and happiness for our colleagues, by providing the flexibility and balance we all need to manage busy lives and fulfilling careers. We support remote and flexible ways of working, and offer generous holiday allowances. We focus on wellbeing and mental health, offering support through our wellbeing champions and mental health first-aiders. In addition, our subsidised gym and restaurant provide the added convenience you need to achieve that all important balance.
We want you to make a difference here, both to us and to the wider community. You’ll have opportunities to give back, to help others, and take time out to follow your passions.
- Volunteer days – Every employee can take three days per year for volunteering activities and events, such as environmental and conservation projects, charity fundraising, and community projects.
- Mentoring – Our mentoring scheme has been successful for many years, linking with local primary and secondary schools to support young people. You’ll be able to get involved.
- Charity events – We’re a registered charity, so naturally we’re charitable at heart. You’ll find charitable events happening throughout the year.
We are fully committed to creating an inclusive and diverse community at work, where you can be yourself, flourish, perform, and achieve! We celebrate differences, as we know the benefits this has for our people, our products, and the customers we serve.
