Biography
Judith previously held positions as Chief of the Transition Economics Section of the United Nations Economics Commission for Europe and professor at Moscow’s New Economic School. The co-author of three policy books on the transition from communism, she is also the recipient of three major prizes for teaching excellence, the latest in 2017 from LSE She has taught The Economics of Gender at the LSE-PKU Summer School and as a member of the Management Board of the Economics Network, is actively engaged in encouraging women in economics.
