Summary
This session will explore the coming changes to workplaces in the near future which will be ushered in by advances in automation and AI. It will illustrate how many popular degree choices and career paths currently considered highly employable are at risk over the next decade, while the core skills developed through History degrees remain not only immune to replacement, but ever more vital in a world of increasingly contested information and misinformation.
