To support the National Networks for Collaborative Outreach (NNCO) scheme, the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) has developed a linking tool to put schools and colleges in touch with their local outreach network.
Under the scheme, universities and FE colleges have come together to form local networks. Each network has appointed a single point of contact to advise state-funded schools and colleges about locally available outreach and how to source more information. All networks have a website which houses resources for teachers and advisers who are supporting students to progress into higher education.
