We’ve listened to your feedback, and recently made enhancements to our adviser portal (203.17 KB). We’ve also launched the UCAS Hub – our new information and advice platform, designed to help students explore their options and make informed decisions.

To make sure you and your students get the full experience and get the most out of these products, we’re asking you to share the information below with your IT Team.

Technical briefing for your IT Team

To further enhance the delivery and security of our products and services, we’re using cloud-based supplier, Gigya.

Because these services are hosted in the cloud, you may need to whitelist the following URLs and email addresses to access UCAS’ products:

Gigya is part of a company called SAP – a well-known and trusted global software and service provider. We support the use of their services, as they are securely hosted in the cloud, and accessed using multi-layer security and controls.

Your support with this means we can continue to make improvements to enhance your experience with our products and services. It’s important your IT Team actions the above as soon as possible, to make sure you don’t have any problems accessing your students’ applications ahead of upcoming deadlines.
