Mary Curnock Cook, UCAS’ Chief Executive said: “UCAS supports the focus on tackling disadvantage in access to HE set out in the Green Paper. Our Corporate Strategy makes clear our commitment to using admissions data to support widening participation and social mobility.

“As the Green Paper acknowledges, we already publish extensive data and analysis about access and progression to higher education. We’ll continue to work enthusiastically with the government and the sector to support better education outcomes for under-represented groups."
